You could have strong reactions to things that are happening in your relationships with close friends or family today and this could make you feel sensitive. It may be that because of the level of intimacy in your relationships, whatever is happening near to you may seem as if it is occurring directly to you. Perhaps you can think about re-setting your energetic boundaries today – doing so may help you to be on hand for your loved ones without compromising your own sense of well being.


Should you begin to feel agitated at any time during the day, you might imagine that you are surrounded by a golden shield that is filled with unconditional love. If you can think of this shield as not being solid, but rather permeable, allowing your positive energy to flow but blocking the harmful vibes you receive, you may find it easier to react in a detached but loving way.


Learning how to separate our feelings from those of the people around us lets us react to things in a much healthier and more positive manner. Because of the nature of our most cherished relationships, it is all too easy to let the moods, emotions and reactions of our loved ones negatively affect us.

Protecting ourselves while at the same time sending love to others, however, will help us have understanding without letting their moods influence our reactions.
