The winner of this prestigious event will represent the 41st Mrs. Universe International Pageant on December 11, 2018 that will be held in SM SeasideCenter in Cebu City.
The advocacy of the Philippine Honorable Queens is to hail and support empowered women in providing more avenue to uplift confidence and be an inspiration with others.
According to the organizer and founder of the PHQ, former Mrs. Universe Marilou Tolico Villanueva, the beauty pageant selection process were done in strictest rules as the winner of the event will represent our country this year Mrs. Universe Beauty Pageant in Cebu City this coming December 11, 2018.
