THE PCP REACHING OUT TO HELP TYPHOON VICTIMS IN TACLOBAN CITY..

THE PHILIPPINE COLLEGE OF PHYSICIAN TO SEND MEDICAL TEAM IN TACLOBAN CITY

The Philippine College of Physicians (PCP) laments the massive devastation caused by super typhoon Yolanda particularly in the Visayan region. Facing this challenging time. We encourage our fellow physicians to share their wisdom and expertise with a compassionate heart to our countrymen who badly needs assistance for treatment and healing.

'We are sending the team of PCP chapter in Cebu City to Ormoc, Leyte to augment and strengthen our fellow physicians who have been guarding their post to assist the sick and injured'. Our members who have been standing their ground in Ormoc District Hospital are victims themselves of the calamity and will need some augmentation and will continue to help our kababayans in Tacloban City.

The PCP is encouraging other medical professionals who may want to volunteer and be a part of the medical team that will be deployed in the provinces that are badly hit by super typhoon Yolanda. We are appealing to everyone to donate cash or in kind especially bottled mineral water and medical supplies that are of great importance to the victims of calamities.
