The Philippines Naturopathic Society, Inc. (PNSI) invites the general public to participate in the forthcoming convention on November 8, 2013 (Fri.) at the Badjao Hall, Century Park Hotel, 599 P. Ocampo St., Malate, Manila, Phils. A health and wellness event with a theme "Naturopathy: Healing the Natural Way" deems to be a fitting convention to bring together local and foreign Naturopathic practitioners.
Expected to grace the occasion are the ff: Hon. Juan M. Flavier, MD, Manila Mayor Joseph E. Estrada, Hon. Dr. Jovencio F. Ordona, Director Gen. of DOH-PITAHC, German Moreno, Celebrity Health Advocates, Dra. Cecilia A. The timely enactment of RA 8423, otherwise known as the Traditional and Alternative Medicine Act (TAMA) of 1997, paved the way for the creation of the Philippine Institute of Traditional of Alternative Health Care (PITAHC), an institution tasked to help accelerate the development of healing the natural way.
