SEN. TOLENTINO & MOVIE/TV ACTOR CONCEPCION HONORED AWARDEES AT WCEJA AWARDS NIGHT TODAY AT HERITAGE HOTEL, A RED CARPET CHARITY DINNER TRIBUTE TO THE WORLD CLASS ACHIEVERS

Spearheading the much-awaited prestigious awarding ceremony is the 2016 Woman of the Universe, Civic Leader and Philanthropist Ms. Emma Cordero to welcome the delegates, awardees and Honored Guest at the 7th World Class Excellence Japanese Awards (WCEJA) this coming October 26, 2019 at the Heritage Hotel this Saturday is the brilliant Senator Francis Ng Tolentino, a Filipino lawyer and member of the Senate.. He served as Chairman of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) from 2010 to 2015 and was the Mayor of Tagaytay from 1995 to 2004. Francis Tolentino was born and raised in Guinobatan, Albay, Philippines, to parents Isaac and Elena Tolentino.

Sen. Tolentino earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 1980 from the Ateneo de Manila University and his Bachelor of Laws in 1984 from the same university.

He pursued to earn a Master of Laws in International Law from the University of London

He also earned a Master of National Security Administration (MNSA) from the National Defense College of the Philippines and with Diploma in Public Administration from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, New York University.

He is a full colonel of the Philippine Army (Reserve). He studied at the Military College of South Carolina (Citadel), USA and graduated from the Command and General Staff College and the National Defense College of the Philippines. The WCEJA Awards is a tribute to the world achievers who excelled in their field of endeavor. 

Another Awardee is Gabriel Arellano Concepcion was born on November 5, 1964, an actor and a businessman. He began his show business career in the 1980s as a teen commercial model and is known for his debonair career in the Philippine cinema. Currently, he portrays the character “Jake” in Love You Two. Concepción was born in San Juan City the Philippines to Rolando Concepción and Lourdes Arellano. He attended Miriam College and Lincoln University.

In a Wikipedia report in his biography, it says that... Concepción first appeared as a model in a 1979 Close-up toothpaste commercial.^[

Introduced into show business at age 15, he starred in the Regal Films production Katorse (English: Fourteen). From 1980–1995, he made 80 films and had several modeling and endorsement advertisements.

On 13 November 1988, Concepcion left for the United States despite not yet finishing his scenes for the film Pahiram ng Isang Umaga, directed by Ishmael Bernal, causing the film's intended release date of December 25 (for the 1988 Metro Manila Film Festival) to be moved next year.^[3]

In 1993, he ventured to the United States for a real estate career. In 2008, he returned part-time to the Philippine show business.

The World Class Excellence Japan Awards (WCEJA) is an international tribute to world-class achievers who have outstandingly given pride and honor to their respective countries. This was founded in 2015 by multi-awarded Filipino-Japanese performing artist and civic leader Emma Toba (Emma Cordero) in Fukuoka, Japan.
