Citation and Awards as Best Special Operation Unit received by SPO4 Benjamin P. Abad with a dedication " Let us fight crime and make the difference" - Gen. Rosales

In the past, the term cyber-terrorism has been used to describe the martyr who served as a watchdog for global terrorism, yet then now it's growing and overflowing, due to the fruit of neglect. The result is the destructive change of our climate, destruction of homes, disintegration of families, and critical losses in the economy.

Good leadership is always in question. But what's important is to stay vigilant. It is in everyone's mind. Although there is a threat of global conflict, corruption, piracy of invention and of intellectual property, and artificial intelligence (AI). which causes mental breakdown and sanity of the mind and to maintain the sanity of the mind, we must believe in God as our Creator.

According to the account of manager Edith Guerrera of Dona Josefa apartment. She accounted that their neighbors had seen smoke and fumes coming from Room 603 and the incident came to the knowledge of the brave police of  Manila assigned to Precinct Station no.9 (Intel Unit).

In an interview on January 6, 1995. Manager Edith Guerrera of Dona Josefa apartment called Police Station No. 9, near the Manila Zoo. The neighbors were alarmed by the fumes and smoke coming from Room 603 of the Dona Josefa Apartment.  After that, Major Aida Fariscal received a call from the concerned manager Mrs. Edith. The five (5) policemen were quickly dispatched: SPO2 Benjamin P. Abad, Senior Inspector Pedro S. Arsenio Jr., PO1 Edgardo Alvarez, PO3 Armando Arce and their Chief Intel leader, Major Aida Fariscal. The fire occurred at around eleven o'clock in the evening at the Doña Josefa apartment in room number 603. Major Aida D. Fariscal known as "Wonder Woman" is an expert in chemical analysis. She then dispatched SPO2 Benjamin P. Abad at the elevator, who arrested Abdul Hakim the man who was in the elevator, then SPO2 Abad immediately poked a gun in Hakim's head, to prevent the attempted plan to escape.

P/Lt. Benjamin P. Abad used an improvised handcuffs to subdue Hakim. Then the ensuing fight and skirmishes at the elevator ensued until it was over. The shoestring was taken from a pair of shoes to tie the hands and feet of Abdul Hakim Murad. It occurred at around 2:30 a.m. on the 7th of January 1995. They discovered also chemicals, and liquids used in the manufacture of bombs, explosive watch, three (3) gowns of priests with an overmake of Ramzi Yousef's masks and laptops containing several pieces of information. That was the reason for their arrest of the following suspected terrorists, Mohammed Jamal Khalifa, Wali Khan Amin Shah, and Ramzi Yousef, the bombmaker.

The faithful day of January 7, 1995 was only five days for the scheduled official visit of Pope John Paul II on 12th January 1995 in the Philippines. The room 603 Doña Josefa apartment is approximately 200 meters away from the residence of the Pontiff, and it is the line of sight of a sniper from the route of Pope's motorcade.

Pope John Paul II (Charles Joseph Wojtyla) was a former soldier in Poland during the second world war conflict (World War II) helped bring down communism in Germany and he was also the one who caused the States to have a lien in the Soviet Union of Russia.

In the case of the brave and gallant police officers who arrested international terrorists were given a recognition for their outstanding achievements. They are SPO2 Benjamin P. Abad, Senior Inspector Pedro S. Arsenio Jr., PO1 Edgardo Alvarez, PO3 Armando T. Arce and the fascinating female police Major Aida D. Fariscal joining the helm. The brave and courageous servants of the people were honored by the government of the United States and SPO2 Abad himself  through Counsellor John V. Edinger Embassy of USA in March 1995.

According to Catholic teachings... The terrorism is inhumane. It is against the right justice of no mercy to anyone.

According to Epictatus, a philosopher. "The service of one's own country does not depend on the position It is about the use of spiritual abilities and qualities." The true measure and character of a public servant is how they care for the less fortunate in society. Don't let this change of character ruin one's life., and these are just a few scenarios in the life of P/LT Benjamin P. Abad.

Overcome the difficulties with courage, courage despite the pain, anxiety, and severe anxiety. Succeeded yet also in the mission ahead, thanks to the mysterious hand of God. The service of a true servant will continue as long as he/she lives.

Any public servant must be obedient in the call of duty, with concern, with dedication and with full trust and confidence in the will of God. These are the reasons for which P/Lt. Benjamin P. Abad, a retired Manila police officer, is asking the people for the mandate of his beloved Barangay 308 Zone 30 District III Quiapo, Manila. This corruption should not be allowed whenever the people are united; and cooperating, and should come together, with a sense and desire for peace, and prosperity in our hearts, minds, bodies and souls. Working together to promote the welfare and well-being of Barangay 308. to work together in accordance with the law, according to conscience to spread unity and to be able to support our own industry, and the future generations as well. LET'S THINK GLOBALLY AND LET'S UNITE AS ONE! (VerGarciaBlogs)
